Measuring what health-care websites tell advertising platforms
HealthPixel Check opens a public US health-care website in a clean browser and records which advertising, analytics, session-replay, call-tracking and chat services receive data, such as the Meta Pixel or Google Ads tags, before and after the cookie choice, and whether page addresses or titles that name a condition or treatment are sent along. Under HIPAA and FTC rules this is a compliance question; the check measures what actually leaves the page and leaves the legal judgement to you. The checker is free, and the engine behind it is open source.
